In the first part we study controlability (local and also global) of linear and non-linear problems. We define the Kalman controlability matrix.
Observability
Observability is in some sense dual property to controlability .
Pontryagin maximum principle
A more advanced tool of the control theory is so called Pontryagin maximum principle. It helps when looking for time-optimal control as well as solving more general optimization problems.
