2005- present: supervising two PhD dissertations, both of them are now in a process of submission,

2004-2005: coordinating development of a software system, ELTODO Prague, subsidiary of Siemens Inc.

2007-2008: supervising a department of ten people at the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering, CTU of Prague.
