Wednesday 15:40 - 18:50, K9 Summary of presented topics, We will follow the lecture notes written by Liran Shaul, which will be provided to all students. Exam: The exam will be oral. The student draws two questions and prepares answers to them. The list of question will be published here later. Practicals:
Credit (zápočet): Students will be assigned a total of six problem-sets to solve and hand in through the Study Group Roster tab in the SIS. New sets are assigned biweekly, with the deadline for each set coinciding with the assignment of the next. They are graded on a binary scale of pass and fail, with particular emphasis placed on the conceptual soundness of the arguments rather than on technical minutiae. To be admitted to the final examination, four of the six assignments must receive a passing grade. Failed assignments may be corrected on an individual basis by agreement with the lecturer or tutor.
